The “Carol I” Central University Library participates in the “Școala altfel” program by organizing documentary visits, guided tours, for students from classes: VI-XII, accompanied by teaching staff.
The “Carol I” Central University Library is part of the European event „Noaptea Muzeelor”.
* Certain categories of people benefit free of charge: UB students; foreign students enrolled in educational programs (Socrates, Erasmus, etc.); students doing internships in BCU “Carol I”; students and students with social grants; students included in the “Școala altfel” program; Olympic students; staff from the national library network; employees of the Ministry of Education; retired librarians and teachers; disabled people; people who perform voluntary work for BCU “Carol I”; participants in cultural events such as Night of the Museums or Strada de C’Arte.
** Documentary visits and visits for tourist purposes can be carried out on Saturdays and Sundays only on the basis of an official address submitted to the management of BCU “Carol I”, taking into account the available staff. If there are no staff available and to the extent possible, these tours will be rescheduled.
